- instructions for paying your registration fee using the method of payment that you selected; and
- instructions for making a hotel reservation (if needed) at the special Symposium rate of $230 plus tax per night for a single or double or $246 plus tax per night for a triple or quadruple accommodation. The group rates are available from April 2 through departure on or before April 6, 2008.
(The processing fee for canceling a registration is $50.00.)
